Price Map No. 19

Description

The price map is designed to search for price bands in all cadastral areas of the city of Ostrava. In the price map, graphically defined groups of plots of similar building land are marked with a number that expresses the price in CZK/m2. Building land, a part of which is included in a group of parcels not valued or in a group of parcels with a different price, shall be valued in accordance with the relevant provisions of Sections 3 to 5 of Ministry of Finance Decree No 441/2013 on the implementation of the Property Valuation Act (Valuation Decree), as amended.
