Description
The data set contains a list of pharmacies and their operators pursuant to Section 99(2)(j) of Act No 378/2007 on medicinal products, specifying the name(s) and surname(s) of the place of business, in the case of a natural person, or the name, address of the registered office, in the case of a legal person, the operator’s identification number, the contact details reported and the head pharmacist for each pharmacy, as well as information on whether the pharmacy also provides mail order or whether the pharmacy provides emergency pharmacy service.
