Description
List of distributors pursuant to Section 75(3) and distributors pursuant to Section 75(4) of Act No 378/2007, the Act on Pharmaceuticals, including their warehouses, specifying the name(s), surname, address of the place of business in the case of a natural person, or the name, address of the registered office in the case of a legal person, the identification number of the distributor, the contact details reported and the qualified person of the distributor. The dataset contains contacts.
