Competency Dictionary - RéFérens III for the ITRF sector
Description
This dataset contains the entries of the Competence Dictionary, which presents in a structured and transversal way the skills required in a professional activity in the ITRF (engineers and technical personnel for research and training) and ITA (engineers and technical personnel for research) sectors and explains their content. The skills description structure adopted is based on a ‘classic’ approach in three categories of skills: know-how, know-how, know-how.
Nevertheless, the titles of the categories of competence considered equivocal (in particular the concept of "know-how") have been modified. The categories of competence are therefore renamed as follows:
* Knowledge = Knowledge
* Know-how = Operational competence
* Well-being = Behavioral competence
