Description

This dataset comes from the PATSTAT database of the European Patent Office. It presents patent applications made since 2010 where at least one of the parties to the patent (applicant or inventor) is located in France. It provides information on: * EPODOC and DOCDB family application numbers * The date of the application and the authority to whom the request was made, * The field of industrial property covered * Publication number and type of publication * The application number under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) procedure and the claim for a right of priority * The date of publication of the application * The date of issue of the application * The language of the title of the application and the title associated with it.
