Description
This dataset comes from the PATSTAT database of the European Patent Office. It presents the applicants of patent applications made since 2010 where at least one of the persons party to the patent (applicant or inventor) is located in France. Depositors are persons who have been identified as legal persons; Applicants identified as natural persons are normally not included in the dataset. This dataset does not exhaustively cover patent applicants. The dataset provides information on:

The identifier from the authority that received the application, the application number from the authority, the type of application, the authority that received the international application

DOCDB family numbers
- The applicant's name, SIREN and country code
SIREN are retrieved from the INPI patent database using publication numbers.
