Installed capacity of charging points in France by type

Description

This dataset presents an estimate of the installed power for charging points in France as a whole. The charging points are materialized by a socket base on which an electric vehicle can potentially connect. A charging station may have one or more charging points. The data presented divide the charging points into three types: * The "open to the public" charging points correspond to the charging points accessible in shops (supermarket, car dealership...), parking, public sites or road stations. * "Special" charging points are private charging points located in the collective residential (buildings, condominiums ...) or individual (flags). * "Company" charging points are private charging points located in companies and reserved for the activity of the company or the charging of employees' electric vehicles. The dataset was developed by Enedis from its own data combined with some external data, from the companies Girève and AAA Data. The data on the ‘private’ and ‘company’ charging points are a reconstruction of the existing one built by Enedis on the basis of assumptions.
