Regulatory indicator continuity of supply

Description

This dataset returns the value in % of the ratio: number of HTA and BT clients in the department that deviate from the regulatory thresholds/number of HTA and BT clients of the department. This data is provided as an indication as they may evolve according to the characteristics of the incidents, mainly the exceptional nature.
