Average cut-off frequency per BT customer

Description

One of the indicators to measure the quality of the network is the average annual frequency of disconnection per consumption installation connected in BT. This indicator takes into account both long cuts (greater than 3 min) and short cuts (between 1s and 3 min). The values displayed correspond to average annual frequencies of outages on the network managed by Enedis excluding exceptional events and excluding RTE.
