Average cut-off frequency per HTA client

Description

One of the indicators to measure the quality of the network is the average annual frequency of disconnection per HTA-connected demand facility. This indicator takes into account both long cuts (greater than 3 min) and short cuts (between 1s and 3 min). The values displayed correspond to average annual frequencies of outages on the network managed by Enedis excluding exceptional events and excluding RTE.
