Losses are calculated from gross consumption and discharge volumes, applying a polynomial whose coefficients are reassessed regularly. * The coefficients ase, bse, cse and dse apply on weekdays for the so-called summer months (April to October). * The coefficients ash, bsh, csh and dsh apply on weekdays for the so-called winter months (November to March). * The coefficients awe, bwe, cwe and dwe apply on weekend days and public holidays for the so-called summer months (April to October). * The coefficients awh, bwh, cwh and dwh apply on weekend days and public holidays for the so-called winter months (November to March). ** ** **Quadratic formula of modelled losses:** * L(t) = a * X2(t) + b * X(t) + c * Y(t) + d * L(t) represents the CoC of modelled losses in Power (kW) * X(t) represents the CoC of the variable Gross Power Consumption (kW) * Y(t) represents the CoC of the variable HTA consumption **Segmentation by day type and season:** A distinction is made between Working Days (S) and Weekend and Holiday days (W) and this by season (winter/summer rates ) which gives 4 overall sets of 3 coefficients (a, b, c).
