Meetings of the Higher Council of Education
Description
This dataset brings together the minutes of the meetings of the Higher Council of Education. The Higher Education Council (SCE) is an advisory body chaired by the Minister for National Education. It includes 97 members representing staff, users and state partners in educational activities. The Higher Education Council was established pursuant to Act No. 89-486 of 10 July 1989 on Education Guidance. Chaired by the Minister responsible for National Education or his representative, appointed by decree, the Higher Council of Education shall constitute an advisory body called upon to issue opinions on:
* the objectives and functioning of the public service of education
* regulations relating to programs, examinations, diplomas and education
* questions concerning private educational institutions and staff of these institutions under contract
* all questions of national interest concerning education or education, regardless of the ministerial department concerned
