Replacement of teachers absent from public primary education
Description
This dataset lists the replacement rates of teachers absent from public primary education in the academies and departments of metropolitan France and DROM (excluding Mayotte) in 2022-2023.
A departmental priority that translates into performance indicators as part of the government's priority policy (PPG)

In the first degree, the replacement rate (or replacement efficiency rate) is measured by the ratio of the number of half-days actually replaced to the number of half-days to be replaced in the teaching function (teachers in front of pupils on leave (for ordinary illness, long illness, maternity, etc.) and, since 2014, teaching staff with leave of absence or in continuous training.
This indicator is built from the first-degree personnel management application (AGAPE) and its replacement management module (ARIA).
Replacement rate = Nb of 0.5 days of absence actually replaced/ Nb total of 0.5 days of absence
