Description

The TOPO file produced by the DGFIP TOPAD repository has replaced the FANTOIR file since July 2023. It lists all topographical entities (Country, Region, Department, Municipalities, Routes) known and managed by TOPAD, including the history of cancelled entities. What changes compared to the FANTOIR file: \- addition of the region, \- addition of data from overseas collectivities, \- presence of foreign topo data (removal of pseudo channels)
