Description
As part of the Digital Transformation Plan of the Public Order, the State Purchasing Department has created the [approch] portal(https://projets-achats.marches-publics.gouv.fr/).
[Approch](https://projets-achats.marches-publics.gouv.fr/) is a service open to buyers of the three public offices (ministries, public institutions, hospitals and local authorities) to make their purchase plans visible to companies.
A purchase project is a purchasing perspective that may result in the publication of a call for tenders. This is forecast information that neither engages the public buyer nor the companies that are interested in it. It may evolve at any time, until it gives rise to a call for tenders.
The online publication of purchase projects on [approch](https://projets-achats.marches-publics.gouv.fr/) aims to develop the dialogue between public buyers and companies by allowing them to better understand the potential purchasing needs of the three public functions and to anticipate their participation in the opportunities that interest them.
Public entities may choose to publish their purchase plans on [approch](https://projets-achats.marches-publics.gouv.fr/). It is a voluntary approach at the initiative of each public entity.
The programming made available to undertakings is totally forward-looking and non-exhaustive.
