Description
Review of the criminal proceedings following the action of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) in the field of restrictive business practices (RBPs).
The establishment of a breach of PCR may lead to the drawing up of a report sent by the DGCCRF to the public prosecutor. If this PV is not closed without follow-up, the follow-up that can be given to it is either a transaction or a judgment (1st instance), and possibly a judgment in case of appeal of this judgment.
