Public contracts concluded on the government purchasing platform since 2013
Description
This dataset provided by the DAE (State Procurement Directorate) makes available to the tenderers of the contracts of the State and its public institutions, the CCIs and the UGAP, which have been posted online on the State Procurement Platform (PLACE).
This list includes the name of the public entity, the purchasing entity, the name of the successful tenderer, the date of notification, the postal code, the budgetary tranche in euro HT, the nature of the purchase, the subject of the contract, the amount of the contract. This list fulfils the obligation for buyers to publish the information on public contracts concluded each year (Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code). However, each ministry or contracting authority is responsible for publishing its data, which can be done through different channels. The list published here is therefore not exhaustive, it includes only information relating to concluded contracts that buyers have chosen to publish via PLACE
