Public Action Forum

Description

The proposed data are extracted from the online platform used in the Public Action Forum for a consultation on the attractiveness of the civil service, open to all (users of public services as public officials), and on human resources policies within the civil service, open to public officials. This consultation took place from 24 November 2017 to 9 March 2018. Four types of contributions were possible on the platform: 1/Forming a proposal 2/argument on an existing proposal 3/voting in favour of a proposal or not 4/reference sources in support of a proposal These figures record the 4,835 contributions and 20308 votes cast by the 3,497 registered on the platform. This dataset is encoded in UTF-8 and the fields are separated by commas. Elements relating to the identity of the contributors have been removed.
