Files of premises and parcels of legal persons

Description

The files of legal persons identify at departmental level the legal persons which appear in the cadastral documentation, in situation on 1 January of the reference year (n or n-1 depending on the date of download), as holders of rights in rem in immovable property, with the exception of single-member companies and individual contractors. The files of the built (local) properties return the cadastral references and the address of the premises, supplemented with the right code, the name and the legal form of the legal persons who own the property. The files of the unbuilt properties (parcels) reproduce the cadastral references, the address, the capacity and the cultivation nature of the plots, supplemented with the right code, the denomination and the legal form of the legal persons who own the property.
