Description
This dataset comes from the State Procurement Directorate (DAE).
It contains the electricity consumption data of the ministries in 2014 as part of the following waves of electricity purchases:
Wave 1: - Economic and Financial Ministries - Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry - Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development - Court of Auditors
Wave 2: - Ministry of Culture - Ministry of National Education and Higher Education - Social Ministries - Ministry of Ecology and Energy - Ministry of Justice
Wave 3: - Ministry of the Interior - Economic and Financial Ministries (remaining from the 1st wave).
The XLS files give the annual consumptions by wave of purchase and by lot.
The ZIP and TXT files give consumption at 10-minute steps per department for high-stakes sites in the three buying waves. These are sites relating to Lot 1. A line in the TXT file reads: 01/01/2014 09:00 60 (dated at 9:00) 59 (dated at 9:10) 59 (dated at 9:20) 59 (dated at 9:30) 60 (dated at 9:40) 59 (dated at 9:50)
