Company documents and accounts
Description
As part of the planned opening of the High Value Datasets ([High Value Datasets](https://www.data.gouv.fr/posts/lessentiel-sur-les-donnees-de-forte-valeur/)) listed in [Implementing Regulation (2023/138)](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/FR/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32023R0138) of the European Commission, the dataset ‘Company documents and accounts’ corresponds to the RNE made available by INPI.
It contains the following elements:
* the financial statements (including the list of holdings, subsidiaries and associates, the address of their head offices and the proportion of the capital held) and audit reports,
* non-financial statements, management reports and other statements or reports,
* Annual financial reports.
The data are available via API at the following address: after creating an account (without validation by the organization).
