Essential data of the Public Order - Order of 22/12/2022 - Markets
Description
The [Decree](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000046850496) of 22 December 2022 on essential data for public procurement sets out the list of data to be published on data.gouv.fr by the buyer.
In order to facilitate the use of these data at national level, scripts aggregating, reprocessing and enriching public procurement data from data.gouv.fr have made it possible to create the single file available on data.economie.gouv.fr and which is made available on data.gouv.fr at the [next] link (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/decp-v3-marches-valides/).
It should be noted that this includes [exclusively procurement data that complies with the main regulatory requirements] (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/139bercy/format-command-public/) in terms of formats, variables and schemas.
For the sake of transparency, data that does not comply with the main regulatory requirements are left in free access to the [next] link (https://data.economie.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/decp-v3-marches-invalides/table/) for consultation and improvement of their quality by their issuers.
