Description
The [decree](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000046850496) of 22 December 2022 on key procurement data sets out the reading of the data to be published on data.gouv.fr by the buyer.
Public procurement data which comply with the requirements laid down in this decree shall be placed in a single dedicated file. This unique file is used in the dataset available on data.economie.gouv.fr at [next](https://data.economie.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/decp-v3-marches-valides/information/) and is made available on data.gouv.fr at [next](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/decp-v3-marches-valides/).
For transparency, data that does not comply with these main regulatory requirements are left in free access in this dataset available on data.economie.gouv.fr in order to allow their issuers to proceed with their correction and republication.
