**Content description**
The dataset contains the following information:
* ID = line number;
* Sign = trade name;
* Address = main indication of address;
* Supplement = additional name or information for better location (e.g. shopping centre);
* Postal code;
* Common;
* Nature of tobacco flow: permanent Ordinary/Seasonal Ordinary/Special
* permanent Ordinary: the purpose of the permanent ordinary tobacco outlet is to retail manufactured tobacco in all places other than those reserved for special outlets. It is open all year round.
* seasonal ordinary: the function of a seasonal regular tobacco outlet is to retail manufactured tobacco in tourist attractions, such as seaside or mountain resorts. The opening period is limited to the tourist arrival period and for an annual period of at least 3 months and not exceeding 8 months if the point of sale is opened in 2 periods or 6 months if the sales counter is opened in a single period.
* special: a special tobacco outlet sells manufactured tobacco at retail throughout the year, and is located in the licensed public domain of the transport sector (station, airport, port and motorway network), on the public domain granted or managed on a regular basis (penitentiary centre), and in premises that are not freely accessible to the public (museum or amusement park).
