ISD - Persons with disabilities

Description

Departmental social indicators (DSIs) form the common basis of an information system shared between national and departmental levels in the main areas of departmental social action. The benefits allocated to persons with disabilities include, in particular, the allowance for adults with disabilities (AAH), financed by the State, and benefits which are the responsibility of the Departmental Councils: Third-party compensatory allowance (ACTP) and disability compensation benefit (PCH) as well as reception aids (institutional care, family care and day care). Finally, the Departmental Council also pays household help.
