Expenditure on departmental social assistance

Description

The national and departmental data made available here, by year and in a long series, cover the expenditure on social assistance of the departments (social assistance for the elderly or disabled, social assistance for children, RSA). These data are derived from the [Social Assistance Survey](https://drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/sources-outils-et-enquetes/lenquete-aide-sociale-aupres-des-conseils-departementaux) with departmental councils, carried out annually by DREES, which collects data on beneficiaries of social assistance, expenditure and staff of social and medico-social work.
