These data present the main seasonally and working day-adjusted series (CVS-CJO) relating to offers collected and satisfied by France Travail.
The data are rounded to 100. There may therefore be slight differences between the sum of the disaggregated data and the aggregated series.
None of the data in this file has been the subject of an application for labelling with the Authority for Public Statistics.
### Definition

The number of offers collected for a given quarter corresponds to the average of the offers submitted during the quarter to France Travail by companies.
The number of satisfied offers for a given quarter corresponds to the average of the offers for which the employer has found, during the quarter, a person to fill the post offered, regardless of how the post was filled (through France Travail or another means).
The tenders collected and satisfied published quarterly by Dares and France Travail are classified according to three types:
* offers of permanent employment for contracts of more than six months;
* offers of temporary employment for contracts of between one and six months;
* casual job offers, for contracts of less than one month.
### Field
* the geographical grouping ‘**** Metropolitan France’ includes all the French territories on the European continent (96 departments);
* The geographical grouping ‘France’ includes metropolitan France and the overseas departments/regions (DROM), with the exception of Mayotte.

The data are taken from the files of the [Monthly Labour Market Statistics (MLTS)] (https://dares.travail-emploi.gouv.fr/enquete-source/les-statistiques-du-marche-du- travail) of Dares and Pôle emploi.
### Warnings
(1) The implementation of France Travail's new service offer to companies, which aims to offer differentiated services according to their needs, changes, among other things, the procedures for closing offers. Indeed, a letter is now sent to the employer, on a date agreed with him or on the provisional date of taking up the post, to ensure the progress of recruitment. The employer is then asked to contact France Travail or to fill in its recruiting area. He was also informed that if no reply was received within eight working days, the tender would be closed and the recruitment requirement considered to have been met. From the data for July 2013, this new procedure leads to a break in the evolution of the statistical series of satisfied offers which leads to the suspension of its publication.
(2) The offers collected by France Travail are the job offers submitted by employers to France Travail. Since July 2013, offers submitted to France Travail’s partners have also been published on France Travail’s website, in order to increase the visibility of offers and facilitate reconciliation with job applications. The number of job vacancies collected published here does not therefore correspond to all the vacancies accessible by jobseekers on the pole-emploi.fr website.
