List of organisations benefiting from the copyright exception for persons with disabilities
Description
The exception to copyright in favour of persons with disabilities is defined in Articles [L.122-5](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000033219336/2017-03-06), [L.122-5-1](s),[L.122-5-2](s) and [R. 122-13 to R. 122-22] of the Intellectual Property Code. This allows authorised bodies to produce or communicate suitable documents to persons with disabilities under the conditions laid down by law.
