Description
The exception to copyright in favour of persons with disabilities is defined in Articles L.122-5, L.122-5-1,L.122-5-2 and [R. 122-13 to R. 122-22] of the Intellectual Property Code. This allows authorised bodies to produce or communicate suitable documents to persons with disabilities under the conditions laid down by law. The principles of this scheme are described in the Ministry of Culture website.
