Description
Festivals are considered to be events that meet the following criteria:
- have taken place in 2019
- have experienced at least two editions in 2019
- take place over more than one day
- count at least 5 shows, performances, concerts or screenings
The choice was made to retain the year 2019 which becomes, in the cultural field, the ante-pandemic benchmark year.

NB: in the absence of a postal address, the festival is geolocated in relation to the centroid of the commune.
