Key figures in the book sector
Description
The Ministry of Culture (Observatory for the Book Economy) publishes the long series of key figures for the book online.
The objective of this publication is to improve the observation of the book sector through a better hindsight on its developments.
Different headings have been distinguished in order to facilitate their reading. For each indicator, the following information is provided: the title of the indicator; the source; any breaks in series.
The Department thanks the public and private organizations that have agreed to have their data included in this publication. It is recommended that individuals who wish to use the data contact these organizations to better interpret them.
This table will be updated regularly as the indicator update data becomes available.For more information on the variables, you can download the attached document (see Export tab, Alternative export).
