Aid for national publications with low advertising resources

Description

List of press titles supported for national political and general information publications with low advertising resources. (EX- AID TO NATIONAL DAILYS WITH LOW PUBLICITY RESOURCES) Aid for national political and general information publications with low advertising resources (PFRP, Decree No 86-616 of 12 March 1986, as amended) was, before 2015, paid only to national dailies whose advertising revenue represents less than 25% of total revenue. Decree No 2015-1440 of 6 November 2015 extended it to other political and general information publications with low advertising resources, without distinction as to periodicity, up to quarterly publications. It is now governed by Decree No. 2017-1700 of December 15, 2017, as far as non-daily periodicities are concerned.
