Support for copies of press titles posted
Description
Copy aid for press titles posted or worn is intended to support the distribution of the printed press to its subscribers.
It offers better visibility to the entire sector. It is divided into two sections, the first section concerns the press titles posted.
It was established by Decree No 2023-132 of 24 February 2023, which repeals the press carrier support fund and replaces, in particular, the so-called "targeted" postal tariffs provided for in the Postal and Electronic Communications Code.
