Source data of the CTU web application: [List of approved establishments](http://www.ctu.cz/search-database/search-in-list-schvalenych-zarizeni/search-out). **Note:** Only approved establishments are listed in the database (before 1. 4. 2003 - with the decision still in force) and facilities for which ČTÚ carried out prior to 1. 5. 2004 assessment pursuant to Annex 4 of Government Regulation No. 426/2000 Coll. This assessment was mandatory for certain types of equipment (e.g. radio relay links, TV transmitters, ...), for other equipment it was voluntary at the request of the manufacturer/importer. Assessments made pursuant to Annex 5 can be found under code 9999.For terminal equipment with radio transmission (e.g. cordless telephones), we recommend searching in both categories - Telecommunications terminal equipment and Radio equipment.From 1. 5. This list is not supplemented in 2004 and is for information purposes only.
