Data on adjudication of participation disputes, i.e. private law disputes on fulfilment of the obligation to financial performance between persons performing communication activities, on the one hand, and the participant or user, on the other hand, pursuant to Section 129 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (ZEK).
