Description
Decision to impose or withdraw obligations on an undertaking with significant market power on the basis of the result of an analysis of the relevant market. The market analysis is issued by ČTÚ as a measure of a general nature. ČTÚ will choose the interval of these analyses according to the situation in the evolution of market conditions.
