Description
Decision on the determination of an undertaking with significant market power based on the result of the analysis of the relevant market.The Czech Telecommunication Office carries out an analysis of the relevant markets at intervals of 1 to 3 years in order to determine whether these markets are effectively competitive. The market analysis is issued by ČTÚ as a measure of a general nature. ČTÚ will choose the interval of these analyses according to the situation in the evolution of market conditions.
