Radiocommunication account
Description
The last dataset was published for 2018. Data on drawings are published in the data set Faktury.Data on the management of extra-budgetary resources of the Czech Telecommunication Office on the Radiocommunication Account. The obligation to set up a Radiocommunication Account managed by ČTÚ arose from Act No 127/2005 on electronic communications and amending certain related acts (ZK). It is formed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 153/2005 Coll., on the determination of the method and amount of creation of the means of the radiocommunication account and the method of their drawing, in the amount of 6% of the selected fees for the use of radio frequencies. Funds are transferred to the account on a quarterly basis (after each quarter).
