Pursuant to Section 14 of Act No 127/2005 on electronic communications and amending certain related acts (the Act on Electronic Communications), the Czech Telecommunication Office issues a certificate confirming that a person intending to conduct business in electronic communications has fulfilled the obligation under Section 13 of the Act on Electronic Communications and has notified this fact in writing.
