Description
The data set lists all radio equipment that was subject to the notification obligation until 13 June 2017 and whose placing on the market in the Czech Republic was notified to the Czech Telecommunication Office pursuant to Section 4(6) of Government Regulation No 426/2000. (corresponds to Article 6.4 of Directive 1999/5/EC). Installations for which conformity with the participation of an authorised person – ČTÚ before 1 January 2019 – was assessed were also deemed to have been notified. 5. 2004 (these devices are also listed in this dataset) and devices that were approved by the Czech Telecommunication Office before 1. 4. 2003 (approved establishments are listed in the [Approved establishments data set] (http://data.ctu.cz/dataset/schvalena-zarizeni)).
