Opinions and advice CADA-Regional Council Centre-Val de Loire
Description
The Commission for Access to Administrative Documents (CADA) is an independent administrative authority responsible for ensuring respect for the freedom of access to administrative documents and archives and for ensuring the application of the provisions on the re-use of public information as well as those relating to the general system of archives.
Among its powers, the CADA (Commission d’Access aux Documents Administratives) may issue notices when seized by a person who has been opposed to a refusal to disclose or publish archival documents.
It may also issue advice when public administrations request the commission on all matters relating to the communication of administrative documents, the re-use of public information and the system of archives.
This dataset lists only the opinions and advice given by CADA regarding the Centre-Val de Loire Region.
