Early Childhood Coverage Rate [Communal]
Description
The coverage rate indicator reports the number of places offered for all formal care for children under 3 years of age, at the municipal level, for municipalities with more than 10 000 inhabitants, since 2017. It aims to estimate a theoretical offer in December of year N and does not take into account the fact that a place may be vacant or on the contrary used by several children.
