Collection of acts – Région Bretagne

Following the entry into force on 1 July 2022 of the reform of the rules on publicity and preservation of acts taken by local and regional authorities, this dataset sets out:

• The deliberations of the Regional Council and its Standing Committee;
• The wishes voted in session of the Regional Council;
• The regulatory orders of the President of the Regional Council,
• The minutes of the meetings of the Regional Council.

The data come from the Teletransmission Service of the [Megalis Services] platform(https://data.bretagne.bzh/backoffice/catalog/datasets/(s)) and comply with the Common Core of Local Data (SCDL).

The Region added the following information:

• Competent body,
• Type of act,
• Theme.

The old compendiums of administrative acts are available on the Portal of the Region.
