Collection of acts – Région Bretagne
Description
Following the entry into force on 1 July 2022 of the reform of the rules on publicity and preservation of acts taken by local and regional authorities, this dataset sets out:
* The deliberations of the Regional Council and its Standing Committee;
* The wishes voted in session of the Regional Council;
* The regulatory orders of the President of the Regional Council,
* The minutes of the meetings of the Regional Council.
The data come from the Teletransmission Service of the [Megalis Services] platform(https://data.bretagne.bzh/backoffice/catalog/datasets/\(s)) and comply with the Common Core of Local Data (SCDL).
The Region added the following information:
* Competent body,
* Type of act,
* Theme.
The old compendiums of administrative acts are available on the [Portal of the Region](https://www.bretagne.bzh/ressources/documents-assemblee-regionale/raa/).
