Key data on public procurement – Région Bretagne

Since 1 October 2018, public buyers have the obligation to publish the essential data of the public order for all contracts from EUR 40000 excluding: public contracts and concessions, within 2 months of notification of the contract and/or its amendment.

Beyond the regulation, the Brittany Region, in its scheme of economically responsible purchases, has committed to publish the essential data on public procurement, starting from the 1st euro (objective 1.5 of the scheme). This is why, starting from the 2019 data, the Region has decided to publish the data in DECP format (essential data of the public order).

At this stage, the published dataset does not include:

• Purchases made through the UGAP (national purchasing centre)
• Concessions
• The data of our representative the SemBreizh

This dataset is updated on a regular basis and is used the public procurement data observatory.
