Attendance by regional elected officials
Description
This dataset exposes the attendance of regional elected officials at the deliberative and preparatory meetings of the Regional Council since July 2021 (sessions of the Regional Council, standing committees and sectoral committees for elected officials).
For each elected member, the following are stated per semester: the number of mandatory meetings and the attendance rate (net of unjustified absences).
Three types of meetings are mandatory: sessions, standing committees and sectoral committees for full elected representatives.
These data are used in the calculation of any modulation of the allowance, starting from 30 % of unjustified absences applying modulation, for further details, refer to the Rules of Procedure Article 7.
This review does not take into account the participation of elected officials (in particular the Vice-Presidents) in many other meetings related to the exercise of their mandate. The meetings observed constitute a common basis for all elected officials.
