Sentinel pollinarium data at Parc Bellefontaine in Angers

The sentinel pollinarium is a space, located in the Parc Bellefontaine, in which the main species of plants (plantain, sage, grasses...), shrubs and wild trees (bill, cypress, hazelnut...) of the region whose pollen is allergenic are brought together.
They are observed daily by the gardeners of the City of Angers who detect the beginning and end of pollen emission of each of them.
This information is validated by the allergist, botanist and Air Pays de la Loire who sends it by email to registered persons. Allergic people can thus start their treatment before the onset of the first symptoms, and stop it at the end of pollen emission.
