Description
La Trame Noire is a cross-data representing light pollution in the natural environment. This is an intersection between the Green and Blue Trame (TVB), the light points and the light spectrum measured by satellite/field image. This light spectrum corresponds to the light power to which the territory is exposed, the quality of the night sky and its visibility. The unit of measurement is the radiance, i.e. the power of the light emissions from a source in a given direction (here the light points from the territory to the sky).
The data come from a study carried out as part of a public/public partnership between the Aix-Marseille Provence Metropolis and Cerema signed on 29/04/2021. This study responds to actions provided for in the Plan Climat Air Energie Métropolitain (PCAEM) approved at the end of 2019. They are produced from LUOJIA-1 images acquired between June and November 2018 (130m resolution, Spectral bands used: Panchromatic, 460–980 nm)
