History of the quality of bathing water in the mouths of the Rhône
Description
This dataset has been compiled from the historical data available in pdf on the site bathing.sante.gouv.fr.
The format has been reworked to make it more usable.
The register concerns the classification of bathing water according to the following Directive 2006/7/EC:
E: Excellent quality
B: Good quality
S: Sufficient quality I Insufficient quality
P: Insufficient sampling N Non-classified site
The number before the letter corresponds to the number of samples taken in the year.
As from the 2013 bathing season, the method of calculating the classification is amended in application of the European Directive 2006/7/EC.
