[Observatoire habitat] Three-year objectives for the construction of social housing under the SRU Act and Social Mixed Contracts (CMS)
Description
Article 55 of the Solidarity and Urban Renewal Law (SRU) of 13 December 2000 requires certain municipalities to have a minimum number of social housing units.
This table brings together the three-year objectives for the construction of social housing under the SRU Act for each municipality in the metropolis from 2020-2022.
The new version of this dataset incorporates, from the 2023-2025 triennium, data relating to the objectives potentially lowered in the context of the signing of a Social Mixed Contract (CMS).
