Sum of the 10 highest salaries of AME staff
Description
As provided for in Article 37 of Law No. 2019-828 of 6 August 2019 on the transformation of the civil service, regions, departments, local authorities and public inter-municipal cooperation institutions with their own taxation of more than 80,000 inhabitants must publish each year the sum of the ten highest remunerations of employees within their scope, also specifying the number of women and men included among these ten highest remunerations.
Law No. 2023-623 of 19 July 2023 to strengthen women's access to responsibilities in the public service lowered the population threshold from which communities are subject to this obligation to 40,000 inhabitants, a population stratum of which the Agglomeration Montargoise is part.
