The data set contains information on the offer prices of apartments of the developer EXCELLENT DEVELOPMENT SP.J C.MACIAŚ I H.ARENY, made available in accordance with Article 19b. section 1 of the Act of May 20, 2021, on the protection of the rights of purchasers of a residential premises or a single-family house and on the Developer Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 695).
